Review by hotel critic
The beautifully renovated old building exudes charm and history, offering spacious rooms with unique murals and luxurious amenities. The warm and welcoming staff, led by Claartje, Natalia, Veriko, and Ali.Situated in the heart of the old town, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi's iconic landmarks, such as the Rezo Gabriadze Marionette Theater, the Peace Bridge, and Rike Park. The proximity to popular attractions like Sameba Cathedral and the National Botanical Garden of Georgia adds to the convenience and allure of this boutique gem.The inclusive à la carte breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Blue Fox, was a culinary delight, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. The generous room size, coupled with the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful details like the welcome drink and balcony views of the old presidential palace, made our stay truly memorable. The House Hotel Old Tbilisi exceeded our expectations, providing not just accommodation, but a cultural and historical experience that resonated with our passion for the art and architecture of the Caucasus region. We left feeling grateful for the warm hospitality and already planning our return to this hidden gem in the heart of Tbilisi.
